The ENCATC (European Network on Cultural Management and Policy) is organising its 2026 annual Congress in Nice, France, exploring the topic of “Artists and Cultural & Creative Professionals at the Centre: Rethinking Work, Policy, and Cultural Ecosystems“ with educators, researchers, artists, cultural practitioners and policymakers.
From 23 to 26 September 2026, in partnership with the Université Côte d’Azur, this event will provide a platform for research and education sessions, policy dialogues, project presentations, networking and mutual learning.
On Thursday, 24 September 2026 at 14:00 CEST, Marine Masson (SFC), Paula Pazos Puig (EMEA), Guillaume Pellerin (IRI) and Maria Kyriakidou (Educational Association Anatolia) will present preliminary project results at the “Bridging the Art-in-Education Competence Gap: From Systemic Barriers to site-specific Experimentation in the PULSE-ART Project” panel (room A301).
This panel is an opportunity to present the gaps and barriers analysis realised in the framework of PULSE-ART, both at a project and a national level. Drawing from this basis, panelists from Morocco, Greece and France will expose how the developed methodologies and tools contribute to bridging the gaps affecting youth, educators, and stakeholders in their respective contexts.
